27th ALAT AGM & Exhibition now set for 14th - 16th May 2011

CHANGE OF DATE FOR ALAT 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY 14TH -16TH MAY 2011, KUNDUCHI BEACH HOTEL
Association of Local Authorities of Tanzania (ALAT) hereby informs members, invitees, stakeholders and the public at large that its AGM which was to be held on 7th -9th May 2011 is now scheduled to 14th-16th May 2011. The Annual General Assembly will be preceded by Sub-Committee and Executive Committee meetings on 12th and 13th of May, 2011.
The meeting also provides opportunity for various stakeholders to meet with the leaders and executives from central government and local councils to exchange experiences and lessons.
Opportunities for corporate firms, business community, private sector and individuals are still available to participate in business promotion, to show case innovative products and services and we encourage them to seize this opportunity as space is limited.
Local Government is a Pillar for National Development; participate to realize more opportunities available.
